Upon arrival, the house was very clean. We had an easy check in and Karl was very quick to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing stay and would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for the perfect getaway that has just about everything you can think of. The house was located within walking distance of the beach and restaurants/bars. We will definitely be booking another trip in the near future!

This house was amazing for our family trip! Plenty of room for everyone. The open space of the kitchen/dining/living room was wonderful and enough seating for all of our guests. The 3rd floor was quite a treat for the college kids to enjoy TV's, pool table, and their own space. The pool area was great with areas for sun and shade and many seating options. Perfect location to enjoy many great restaurants and Marsh walk. Highly recommend this house!

Everything was perfect! Clean, great location, accurate description of the property, and our host was very proactive with communication and responded very promptly to our questions. Would most definitely rent this house/use this host again! Class act.

This was the nicest house I have stayed in by far. The value for sleeping arrangements couldn’t have been better. Communication was top notch. We’re already considering coming back and staying here for our trip next year.
