The Barn, located in historic downtown Washington City (a Bedroom Community of St. George) located minutes to shopping, entertainment, sports venues with easy freeway access. Tons of parking (trailers optional). This unit is a Barn Conversion and is a casita next to the owners primary home but has a private yard - completely separate entrance with the yard between the two buildings.
The owner does live next door (this is a casita) but wants to let guests have all the privacy they want.
Located in historic downtown Washington City, a bedroom community of St George, your are in walking distance to the post office, parks, food truck park & Donutville Donut shop!
This is a two story barn. The main level is a full kitchen with great room. The is a walk in pantry as well as private washer/dryer. There is a study area (Desk) nook for when you must work. Upstairs in the loft is the bedroom with a comfortable queen bed walk in coset and bathroom with a shower.
there is ample parking, trailers are an option. We are open to pets for additional rent of $1/day.
