Overall, a great stay! Plenty of room for a large group and lots of fun, warming touches. Kyla was very quick to respond and address an issue with the hot tub, and the instructions/communication were excellent.The house could use a little bit of love with window coverings in some of the bedrooms and greasing up some painfully squeaky doors. At least one of the shower curtains was too short so we had to use our towels to keep the water off the floor. Would still recommend a stay.

This was our third stay in Estes Park, and this home was by far our favorite! It is spectacular, so unique, and in a great location. VERY clean and I am super picky because of my littles. This home doesn’t have a/c which I am not used to because I am from the south. However, I was pleasantly surprised that we didn’t need it. They do have a portable a/c unit that we used in the kitchen during the day while we were there and it worked perfectly. The host responded quickly and is super sweet. We will absolutely stay here again! Also do your self a favor and go eat The EGG of Estes. Absolutely the best breakfast I’ve ever had!
