My family and I enjoyed a very cozy stay at this home in Estes Park. The bedrooms were all spacious, giving each of the 6 couples 4 toddlers plenty of privacy and room to rest. All the amenities worked efficiently and the water in our showers stayed perfectly warm. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and having 2 refrigerators was essential to storing enough groceries for our big family. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient multifamily home, this place will fulfill all your needs and desires when staying in Estes. Beautiful spot inside and out.

The house was great for large groups!! Very clean, large vaulted open space on the main level, plenty of beds and baths, beautiful views!

Check-in was easy. Property is as described. Very spacious, easily accommodates a big group (we had 13 people). Kitchen facilities and supplies pretty good. It would have been nice to have some teaspoon-size spoons! Hard for little kids to eat from gigantic tablespoons/soupspoons. It also would have been nice to provide some games.Note: a rung on one of the dining room chairs broke when the 2-year-old was climbing onto the chair. I suspect it was already cracked, as I don't think a 2-year-old would be heavy enough to break it, but I hadn't checked it beforehand.Also, there were a few windows we couldn't close because the closing mechanisms were broken or disconnected.

Well suited for large group. Well located relative to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Very low traffic area. River adjoining property is a nice amenity. Come and enjoy, you won’t regret it.
