This stylish functional apartment is sunny warm and handy to many attractions. The perfect place for families, business trips and overseas travellers. The advantage being a designated park.
Just 10 mins from the inner city and handy to restaurants bars and cafes.
A supermarket and fuel station with 5 minutes.

The open plan kitchen/dining allows you to prepare a evening meal while you watch a spot of TV or gather your thoughts over a glass of wine or a good book.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the lastest brand new applances.
The washer dryer is on ground floor.
Bonus: a downstairs toliet.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. A good nights sleep is secured with our hotel standard linen.
The bathroom has a high pressure shower to allow you to revive your weary bones after a day of sight seeing and enjoying what Christchurch has to offer.

My hours are 8am to 6pm .
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
