Occupying the entire second floor of a historic building, our loft is a blend of 19th-century architecture and modern comfort. Since we are located on 2nd Street in the Historic Boneyfiddle District, you are within walking of distance of Shawnee State University and local shops and restaurants.

We live in the area and work close-by but not in the building.

Q: Wait...It sleeps 2 but seats 6 in the living room and 4-6 in the kitchen? Can I have people over?
A: While parties are against our house rules, we do love for people to have space to visit with friends and family or co-workers while they're in town.


We want you to love your stay so please note: The Landing, a coffee shop, is located on the first floor of the building. They do have live music which can sometimes be heard in the apartment but is wrapped up by 9 or 10 pm. Here's the basic schedule:

Wednesday 6-8 pm Music jam session
Friday 6-9 pm games or open mic night
Saturday 6-9 pm Live music

Thursday once a month for about an hour there is a worship music duo with a guitar
