Discover your comfortable "home base" right next to the beautiful Shawnee State Forest. This peaceful home is designed for comfort, featuring two luxurious King-size beds for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the seclusion of a large yard, ideal for wildlife spotting or an evening under the stars. The home boasts a full, well-equipped kitchen and a dedicated dining room for family meals, plus a cozy living room with a TV and Roku for unwinding after a day of hiking. Your perfect nature escape awaits!
We live in the area but on the other side of the county so we're available to answer questions via text or phone call.
You'll have the entire house and yard to yourself. The barn is currently being cleaned out and is unavailable for guest use.
Enter from the porch into the spacious kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Dining room table is great for dinner and playing games or relax on the sofa and stream a movie with the Roku. The cottage is currently setup for 4 with 2 bedrooms each with king size beds. One full bathroom and one half bathroom in the laundry.
Pets are welcome but are to be kept off furniture and bedding.
Smoking/vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the house.
