The area offers convenient access to restaurants, cafés, shops and waterfront destinations, while Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are all within easy reach by car.



Business Bay provides a central base for guests who want to stay close to Downtown while enjoying a more residential setting.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around from Business Bay is by taxi, Careem, Uber or private car.



• Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are within easy driving distance.

• Business Bay Metro Station provides connections to other parts of Dubai.

• Sheikh Zayed Road offers convenient road access across the city.

• Taxis and ride-hailing services are widely available in the area.



An optional airport transfer can also be arranged at an additional charge, subject to availability.



Travel times may vary depending on traffic and time of day.



Other Things to Note:

Dubai is a rapidly developing city, and as such, there are construction activity in surrounding areas. The Terraces Marasi Drive building is located next to a neighbouring building currently under construction. While this is outside of our control, we wanted to share this in advance so guests are fully informed prior to booking.



• Any additional cleaning services mid-stay will incur an extra charge/fee.

• Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests want a late checkout, depending on availability, there will be an additional charge.

• Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.


• This is a holiday home not a hotel.



Before arrival, guests must choose one of the following damage-protection options:

* An AED 1,500 refundable security deposit, refunded after check-out following the property inspection, provided no damage or missing items are identified; or

* Non-refundable Damage Insurance at AED 40 / €10 per night.

Guests will select and complete their preferred option through the secure online guest portal after booking. The selected option must be completed before check-in instructions are issued.

Any excess is charged to the guest.
