The Cooonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 34 m² flat for rent in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, 50 m from the beach and promenade, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visits to the D-Day landing beaches in Caen and the Côte Fleurie (Deauville, Cabourg, Houlgate...)
- The Bessin (Bayeux, Arromanches)
- Nearby sports ground and tennis courts
- Large aquatic centre at Douvres la Délivrande (5kms)

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
