In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the port, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 35 m² apartment with harbor view for up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom (with bath) and WC
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park for free close to the accommodation (2 free parking lots are located around 500m from the accommodation).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen, approx. 25 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 21 km
The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from bus stops serving Caen and the surrounding area.
