This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the heart of Sarasota is fully furnished and move-in ready. It includes a queen-sized bed in one bedroom, and trundle bed in the other, a walk-in closet, and two full bathrooms. The spacious living area boasts a sofa bed, and the condo offers direct access to the larger heated pool, with a nearby communal laundry room.
The communal laundry room is located downstairs (8:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.) and accepts payment via quarters or credit card using a downloadable app.
Parking: The condo comes with one designated parking space. Additional guest parking is available with a guest tag (7-day maximum for guests). No trucks or commercial vehicles are allowed.

Important Notes: This rental requires HOA approval, which includes an application, copy of ID, signed lease, interview, and screening with a $150 fee. Allow 2 weeks for processing. Additional time may be required if late submission of application.
HOA restrictions:
- No pick-up trucks or commercial vehicles. Guest parking limited to 7 consecutive days.
- No pets permitted (no exceptions per HOA).
- Pool usage (from 9 a.m. to dusk) is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty.
- No parties and no smoking on the premises. AC temperature must not be set below 70°F, and heating must not exceed 77°F. Please keep doors and windows closed when the AC or heat is running.
- Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
***Self check-in starts at 4 p.m., and self-check-out is by 10 a.m. Security deposit 10%-20% depending upon season
