About this apartment rental
This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the heart of Sarasota is fully furnished and move-in ready. It includes a queen-sized bed in one bedroom, and trundle bed in the other, a walk-in closet, and two full bathrooms. The spacious living area boasts a sofa bed, and the condo offers direct access to the larger heated pool, with a nearby communal laundry room.
The communal laundry room is located downstairs (8:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.) and accepts payment via quarters or credit card using a downloadable app.
Parking: The condo comes with one designated parking space. Additional guest parking is available with a guest tag (7-day maximum for guests). No trucks or commercial vehicles are allowed.

- No parties and no smoking on the premises. AC temperature must not be set below 70°F, and heating must not exceed 77°F. Please keep doors and windows closed when the AC or heat is running.
- Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The house was perfect for our family during our time in Sarasota. The location was perfect, tucked away but still very quick access to stores. Very easy to get to Siesta or Lido beaches for a morning or evening swim. All three of our kids slept comfortably, and we all enjoyed being just steps away from the pool. Having easy access to a brand new gas grill by the pool made dinner time quick and easy. Would 100% stay again!

Our stay here was great! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a week, the beds were comfy, and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. While we didn’t get to go to the beach, I appreciated that some beach towels and accessories were available to use if we needed! We would happily return.
