Schippers Huus is located on Bismarckstraße, just a short walk from the beach, and the Captain’s Suite 7 on the second floor gives you exactly the feeling you’re hoping for from a vacation on the island of Norderney: space, tranquility, and the sea right at your doorstep.
The 65-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to four people. Two separate bedrooms ensure that everyone has their own private retreat. In the first bedroom, you’ll find an extra-long box-spring bed with a raised sleeping surface and an open footboard—it feels almost like a hotel bed. The second bedroom is also equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed. Bedding is, of course, included. A crib is available for children, and a high chair can be booked as an optional extra.
The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want: an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are all provided. If you prefer to sit outside, you’ll find the perfect spot on the balcony or terrace. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer; towels are provided. A separate guest restroom conveniently rounds out the amenities.
Entertainment is taken care of: Three TVs and a stereo system are part of the furnishings. Those who prefer to explore the island in the evening will find restaurants and cafés right on their doorstep. A public bike rack is available, since the best way to get around Norderney is by bike anyway.
