Villa Mirella spans 120 square meters over two levels.

Ground Floor: This level offers a modern living area with a dining table and chairs, a cosy sitting space with a fireplace, a spacious sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

First Floor: one double bedroom with the ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom with tub and the ensuite bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa boasts a lovely garden and a terrace. A shaded courtyard with a dining table offers a comfortable outdoor dining space. Additional outdoor features include a barbecue area, solarium and parking.
