Absolutely fabulous. Starting from the host. She has helped me a lot, letting me to the apartment in the middle of the night. Even, if I was very very late (participating in 2 Volcano Sprint from Vesuvio to Etna). The apartment is top. All facilities, which you can imagine, super clean and with all toiletries. Bed very comfy. I do recommend! Grazie mille!

Nice owners, modern and clean apartment in the city center

The apartment is absolutely stunning, completely newly renovated and in the middle of the city. Excellent bedding, air conditioning, bathroom and appliances. All kitchen items were newly bought and never used! Parking was not too complicated and The Gole of Alcantara are just 6 min drive from it. Absolutely recommended.

Beware of the bells ringing early morning from the church next door.

The host was very friendly and helpful throughout although we had many unfortunate events that occurred during our stay that was not in their control. The host was apologetic too hence our average rating. Positives included: - Very friendly host who was messaging us throughout to check in on us and tried to help as best as possible to fix the issues that occurred (thanks). We appreciated this and it made the stay better considering the issues we faced. - Very good rate for the location and cleanliness of the apartment - Clean apartment and spacious master bedroom - Kitchen amenities were quite well stocked: kettle, coffee machine, plates/cups/ cutlery, pots and pans etc - Aircon worked well - Clear and easy check in instructions - Free parking 2mins walk away next to the church - Small but nicely lit quiet part of town - Few snacks, instant coffee, bottled water prepared for our arrival

Few unfortunate events during our 2 night stay plus some maintenence/ fixtures. While not the fault of the host, it did make it an inconvenient stay for us. - Host suggested we check out later due to bad weather which resulted in no electricity in the town and apartment. This was fixed by 8pm. - Some miscommunication with room type and only one double bed was set up for us when we arrived despite the booking saying two rooms with 4 beds (double and 2x singles). The host fixed this the next morning for us. - Next morning the host messaged to inform us there will be no electricity 2-6pm which was fine for us since we will be out. However when we returned there was no hot water (even after waiting 10h after the technician came by to fix the issue). This issue continued until we checked out. - Right next to the church which has bells ringing every quarter of the hour so not recommended to those who are light sleepers / late risesrs as it rings throughout the morning. - No bathroom amenities other than hairdryer. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc - No iron, no cleaning equipment (eg dustpan brush), no trash bin just recycling boxes, no washing machine - USB plug in master bedroom was broken but there are plugs that you can use. - Clock in living/ dining area was broken / out of battery
