In the combined living-bedroom there are 2 leather sofas, a coutchtable, TV including radio (cable connection) and a dining table with 2 chairs (another seat is in the bedroom). The third sleeping possibility (1.40 x 2.00) is located in an apartment wall. You will also find additional cupboard space here. Free WLAN is also available.

The separate bedroom consists of a box-spring bed 1.60 x 2.00 m (guests with their own linen need continuous sheets of 1.60 x 2.00 m for the mattresses in the bedroom and living room) and a spacious sliding-door wardrobe with a mirror for full-body viewing. There is a second television on one wall.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a towel dryer. Hot water is produced by an instantaneous water heater.

The kitchen has everything you need. Dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, egg stove, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery and sufficient crockery.

The hallway has a small table with mirror and a cupboard built into the entire wall for guests' wardrobes. Vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron and a step etc. are also housed in this cupboard.
