This modern one-room apartment spans approximately 38 square meters and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. The apartment is located in the lively center of Westerland on Friedrichstraße, just a few minutes’ walk from the central West Beach. Despite its central location, Apartment No. 9 “Capper” offers peace and comfort on the first floor with a view of Westerland’s “Neue Mitte.”
**LIVING AND SLEEPING AREA WITH BALCONY**
The bright living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large box-spring bed. From here, you have direct access to the quiet balcony, which is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
**MODERN KITCHEN WITH SEATING AREA**
The kitchen is modernly furnished and features a cozy seating area. With a fully equipped built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, it offers every convenience for preparing your meals.
**BATHROOM WITH WALK-IN SHOWER**
The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a window that lets in plenty of natural light—ideal for a fresh start to the day.
**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A parking space is available for you in the underground garage (height restriction: max. 2.10 m).
