The house itself was great. Very private, great location, comfortable beds, good towels, well stocked kitchen. It was actually better than the description, which surprised us. However, my wife took a shower after we got there and ran out of hot water within the first few minutes. I contacted the management company and let them know that we had eight people in the house and we needed to get somebody over there right away to check the water heater. They replied with a sarcastic response and then told me that they put a maintenance order in. We were there for 10 days and nobody ever showed up to fix the water heater. It was a shame because we were very happy with the house other than that.
