Welcome to "Sea You Soon 30A" a brand new home with a private heated pool, and only a short walk to 30A's newest beach access!
Upon entering the beautifully decorated open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, you will notice there is more than enough seating to accommodate everyone in your group! The large family room has 2 couches and 2 more comfortable chairs so that everyone has a spot for movie night!! The dining area features a large gorgeous driftwood table with seating for up to 9 people and an additional 4 stools at the kitchen island! This brand-new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous quartz countertops. On the first level of the home, you will find the first of the home's many spacious outdoor entertaining areas. The home's back patio is screened in, and furnished with a sofa, 2 chairs and flatscreen tv. Stepping outside onto the expansive patio you will find a dining table with seating for 6, a grill, corn hole boards, and the homes private *heated pool!! Enjoy sitting around the pool, or on the built-in seating ledge in the pool so everyone has the perfect spot to soak up the sun!! This outdoor living space is so comfortable you may never want to go back inside!! Also on this level of the home, you will find a half bath and laundry room for your added convenience.
The second level of the home features 2 king suites and built-in twin over twin hallway bunkbeds. It is on this level that your guests can enjoy their king suite and private balcony, while you enjoy the Master suite complete with a large king-sized bed, gorgeous bathroom, and your own oversized private balcony. The Master balcony boasts a comfortable sofa, 2 comfy chairs, coffee table, and a flat screen tv. Moving up to the third floor of the home you will find the home's 3rd king suite, a bunk room that sleeps 8, a desk area in the hallway, and a small nook with a kids sized chess table. The bunk room comfortably sleeps 8 with one set of full over full bunks and another set of queen over queen bunks. Off the bunk room there is another large balcony complete with an outdoor pool table!!
All four of the home's bedrooms boast a private balcony, and a private full bathroom making this home the entertainer's dream! Everyone can have their own personal space, making it the ideal house for multiple families vacationing together! The backyard pool patio area is fenced, and the perfect place for an evening at home!

Beautiful property, short walk to beach. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, utensils and dishes. Would recommend for multi-family groups. Only suggestion is window coverings are needed for bedroom patio doors and transom windows as the sun rises early.

The vacation was fantastic experience. We had our grown kids and their spouses, and all of their children (16 in all) and the place couldn't have been better. The bedrooms are spacial with a very nice bathroom and each room has a balcony. The bunk room, which sleeps 8 was the icing on the cake. All the kids were so happy they got to sleep in the same room. There's a pool table on the balcony of their room. Plenty of room for our activities. Theres a shower on the side of the house to rinse off sand and plenty of parking. The pool is small but it was used so much. You have access to a bigger pool right behind the property and down a couple of lots but it was nice to have the kids right there. The screened in porch is so nice to sit and visit without bugs. The only problem with it is if its raining, which it did some every day, it comes through the slats on top so you can't sit out there during rain. The first night it didn't rain and we sat out there watching one of the nba games. Very cozy.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. The Itrip team made sure we were taken care of and checked in to make sure we were in need of nothing! The King bed was awesome, enjoyed both of our outside decks. The pool was heated and ready for use when we checked in. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!
