We recently stayed at this home in Cabot and overall had a very comfortable experience. The house was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything our family needed during our stay. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was good. The primary reason for not giving 5 stars was cleanliness. Upon arrival, several areas of the bathroom required additional cleaning before we felt comfortable using them. There was visible grime and buildup around the sink fixture, staining and residue on the bath mat, dirt and soap scum in the shower, and noticeable buildup along the baseboards and corners behind the toilet. None of these issues were severe enough to ruin our stay, but they suggested that the bathroom had not received the level of deep cleaning most guests would expect.Once we cleaned those areas ourselves, the remainder of our stay was pleasant and comfortable. With a little more attention to detail from the cleaning crew, this property would easily earn a 5-star rating. We would still consider staying here again because the home itself was comfortable and met our needs well.
