I stayed here for a month, which makes certain details more noticeable than a short stay might. Overall, the apartment has many positive aspects: the location is excellent, the space itself is spacious and comfortable for two people, and parking was never an issue. The unit was clean upon arrival. That said, there were a few challenges that future renters should be aware of. Some cosmetic issues, such as a minor ceiling leak and wear on the couch, became apparent during my stay things that might have been addressed with a more thorough inspection and preparation for a longer-term rental. Not all items listed in the property description were available, and essentials you might expect for a month-long stay (like cleaning supplies) were not provided.Communication was generally handled, but multiple points of contact outside the app (assistant, maintenance, etc.) made it harder to keep track of messages and stay organized. Noise was noticeable at times, both from other occupants and nearby construction, which may be a factor if you prefer a quieter environment. There are some outdated outlets that affected part of the apartment, including the fridge. Overall, this apartment works well for two people who prioritize location and space, but long-term renters should be aware of minor inconsistencies and potential disruptions. With some updates and a thorough inspection, this rental can provide a very smooth experience!
