About this house rental
Welcome to Casa degli Olivi. It’s my “grandmother’s house” in Versilia, and I’ve lovingly restored it, adapting the old furniture to a modern shabby chic style.
It’s a semi-detached house located 3 km from the pier in Forte dei Marmi: a 7-minute drive or a 14-minute bike ride along a picturesque tree-lined road and a bike path.
The house has a large garden with 14 centuries-old olive trees and citrus trees.
A large patio opens off the kitchen and is furnished with a sofa and armchairs for conversation, while to the left of the veranda there is a Moroccan majolica table for aperitifs and dinners in both summer and winter, as it is equipped with insulated curtains for the colder months.
In the center of the garden, you’ll find the barbecue area with an 8-seat table to enjoy the lush greenery during the summer months.
There is also a bench for sitting, reading, or meditating, and nearby, a small sitting area with two armchairs and a table surrounded by greenery.

Kitchen
It was an old kitchen that has been completely painted pink. I’ve kept some of the old kitchen utensils because they have a practicality that modern ones lack. At the same time, you’ll find a microwave, a Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine, a juicer, and a state-of-the-art toaster.

There’s no air conditioning, but there are excellent fans in every room and mosquito screens on every window
