About this villa rental
The villa is 130 sqm with 450 sqm garden. It is not located on the road, so it is very quiet and it is just 1/3 of a mile from the beach. The house has two floors: on the first floor is the living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Upstairs is a bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, one single bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
Outside, you can find all kinds of comforts, relaxing in our two comfortable sofa set or dining on one of our three tables.
In the garden we have an elegant gazebo with a sofa for 5 people. In the terrace we have another sofa for 5 people and two tables: one for 8 people, one for 4 people. A wonderful BBQ area with a concrete BBQ and another table for 8 people. A sunbathing area for 5 people and a shower with hot water. And the Jacuzzi for 6 people. There is also a parking space for one car. And six bicycles are at your disposal to enjoy the city.
When you want to stay inside house, you can have relax watching NETFLIX on our big TV, with thousands of TV series, documentaries and feature films in original language and/or with subtitles. You can watch as much as they want, anytime. You can play, pause and resume watching, all without commercials and all for free. Of course on the TV you can watch also TV Italian channels.
And if you prefer to read a book, we have an english library of classic novels. About 45 novels by classic authors, like F. Scott Fitzgerald, Jane Austen, Mark Twain, Thomas Hardy, Mary Shelley, James Joyce, Virginia Woolf, Rudyard Kipling, Louisa May Alcott, Robert Louis Stevenson, Oscar Wilde, Emily Bronte, Nikolai Gogol, Henry James, Katherine Mansfield, William Shakespeare, Charles Dickens, Edgar Allan Poe, etc.
