The villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, private parkings, balconies with dining tables to enjoy your meals while you enjoy the sea view, free wifi.

Outdoors there are also 4 sun loungers and pool towels, 2 sun umbrellas, a shower, a pergola with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meal.
โฌค On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV and a fireplace, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Air conditioning and free internet are available on the first floor.
โฌค On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony, a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, and a bathroom.
Air conditioning and free internet are available on the second floor.

โ๏ธGuests have exclusive access to the entire villa and exclusive use of the pool area.
We will provide you with extra towels and bedsheets.
Our goal is for our guests as long as they stay in our villa to feel comfortable and relaxed. We can be reached by cell phone, email, or SMS with any questions or assistance that you may need. We would like to respect your wishes at how much interaction and assistance each guest would like because privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance.
The neighbourhood is surrounded by a lot of olive trees and other homes and villas.
It is a very peaceful area and there is no busy road around.
In a few minutes by walk or by car you can find anything you want. There are 2 big supermarkets, athletic facilities(tennis, gym), cafes, restaurants, beach bars and sandy beaches.
If you wonder if there is something that you want close to the villa, please send me a message.
Within a few minutes( 18 minutes- 1.3 kilometres) there is a bus stop in case you want to go to the centre of Chania but we recommend renting a car to move and explore Crete.
If you want to go by walk to the beach, there is a famous place that you can find 4 sandy beaches( 27 minutes- 2 kilometres away)
The villa has a private parking area for several cars, which is protected by external fencing.
