RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE - This modern-style cottage is located in a hilly position at the foot of Monte Nerone, with numerous nature trails for excursions and trekking.
The apartment is on two floors with a living room, two double bedrooms, one with a sofa bed and the other with a single sofa bed, and a bathroom; a separate entrance leads to a double bedroom with bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
A few meters from the property, on the other side of the quiet road, a large swimming pool awaits you for exclusive use.
The apartment is on two floors. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living area consisting of a living room, equipped with a fireplace and sofa, and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Through a large French window you access an outdoor area where you can eat and enjoy the view that opens onto the greenery of the surrounding hills.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom with a sofa bed.
On the upper floor there is a second double bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for one person and a bathroom with shower.

We have spent a week in this beautiful house up in the mountains, ideally located for hikes in the surrounding hills and gorge. It is a brand new house, with modern furniture and interior - including an open fireplace! The terrace overlooks the valley - perfect for an aperitivo at sunset. The owner takes care of everything you might need, he even offered us welcome drinks and a homemade cake. Make sure to also visit their trattoria in Piobbico, great Italian food you need to try! I would also like to thank the super friendly staff at Marche Holiday for the welcoming, friendly and constant support, no matter what we requested.
