About this house rental

Restored W. Grand Blvd duplex home. Two bedrooms plus den, annex office and one bath home well located along W Grand Blvd at W. Warren and adjacent to the I-94 entrance to downtown Detroit (less than 10 mins away). The home is fully stocked with all of the comforts of home. Off-street parking. Full size washer/dryer in the basement. Brand new central A/C. The 2nd unit is owner occupied.

Available by local owner. A phone interview following reservation is required to confirm rules and guidelines for booking.
