About this apartment rental
Be close to everything when you stay at our 2nd story walk-up that is a centrally-located condo. Walk out and turn right to hit the Beach Access 7 and Coco Beach Bar. Walk out and turn left to go to the SPI entertainment district:
Gravity Park, the Arcade, Louie's Backyard, Tequila Sunset, and Laguna Bobs. Enjoy the sunset and fabulous live bands. There is also Viva restaurant and food trucks. Jet ski and paddle boat rentals are also available. You will be right in the heart of it all. Have fun!
Our condo has two bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry closet, a full kitchen and dining room as well as a livingroom with a sleeper sofa (full size bed). It also has a balcony with adirondack chairs and an outdoor couch.
Guests have access to the whole condo including a balcony.
Other things to note:
HOA will not allow pets but service dogs are always welcome. HOA requires no parties and the number of guests will be enforced. Also, we are located right next to the pool which is open until 11pm. So, please expect noise sometimes.
Additional requests:
Please strip sheets from the beds you used. Put them in the hall bathrooms in the black hampers. Run the dishwasher to clean dirty dishes and set the AC temperature to 77 when you leave. Please send me a message when you leave the condo and let me know if you used the pull out bed. Thanks!!

Enjoyed my stay here. This condo really did have everything accessible from pots and pans to toiletries etc. The location was perfect. Very close to the entertainment district and walking distance to beach access. My daughter and I had a great time and truly relaxed in pure comfort. Looking forward to booking in the near future.

My best friend and I decided to take a “Girl’s Trip” to South Padre Island. The host answered a question I had before I booked our stay. The check-in process was easy, the checkout process was easy. We enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable during our stay. Very beautiful and up to date condo. I would highly recommend staying here. I’ve stayed in other Vrbo’s and they had a visitor journal book (each person staying wrote in the journal book and each person staying had the opportunity to read suggestions from other people of what fun things to do in the town that they might not know about) I looked for a journal book but unfortunately did not find one. Had a great time in South Padre, the trip was just too short. Hope to go back with my husband and children next time.

It was an amazing experience. The place was very clean and organized and had everything in mind. Perfect for a weekend or week long get away! We will be coming back.
