Whether you want to watch the periodic rocket launches, nightlife, enjoy nature, or just want to relax - Cocoa Beach has something for everyone!

This was everything that a studio should be. It was neat as a pin and everything was in very good condition or brand new. We enjoyed our stay very much. 3 blocks from Slater Way beach access and 2 blocks to the lagoon. Restaurants, groceries, odds and ends, all in walking distance. Would love to stay again. Great host with excellent communication.

This place was in a great area. Close to many of the places we visit while in cocoa beach. Area is quiet. Will be back again.

Perfect size for 2 people. The bed seemed like a full size mattress and was uncomfortable. The apartment is cozy for 2. Definitely wouldn’t recommend having a dog. We personally didn’t have a dog but if we would’ve brought my dog it wouldn’t have gone great either the small space. Very nice location. Was 15 minutes walk to the water. There are also free parking 10 minutes drive down the road.
