Surrounded by woods and meadows, you will enjoy absolute tranquility, open space, and the South Tyrolean Dolce Vita – while floating directly into the city center of Bolzano in just 10 minutes via the Ritten cable car.
Our stylish, 59 m² studio for smart individualists offers modern comfort designed for well-being, dreaming, and happiness. The absolute highlight is the 13 m² balcony with a soothing, unobstructed view over meadows and fields.

Hassle-Free Service: Final cleaning as well as a convenient mid-stay cleaning every two days are included in the price at no extra charge.
