About this house rental
Villa Ticino is a wine country retreat nestled between vineyards and the Mayacamas mountain range. It is located in the heart of the Valley of the Moon and within easy walking distance to the local wineries, restaurants, and groceries of Kenwood, CA. A private gate leads to the estate vineyard and olive grove in front of the house. Spacious parking for 3+ cars steps from the front door.
The quiet fenced-in backyard offers beautiful mountain views, a heated pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, full bocce court, a gas fire pit and gathering area perfect for s’mores, and an al fresco dining patio with bbq and outdoor seating. Expansive decks frame the swimming pool that is solar heated by natural water flowing through pipes on the roof making it comfortable to swim in most of the year, and are generously furnished with chairs and chaise lounges.
The backyard garden is filled with flowers, herbs, and fruit trees (apples, pears, plums, figs, grapes, lemons, rosemary, and more), all available to guests to use while enjoying happy hour on the back deck.
Four bedrooms, including two master suites with king beds (on opposite sides of the house, for privacy), a third bedroom with a king bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. Cozy living room with gas fireplace and pool table. And a fully stocked kitchen with coffee supplies, toaster, sharp knives, and all the essential you need for cooking, if desired. Perfect for a multi-family weekend away.
We love our home’s proximity to Kenwood–there are multiple tasting rooms, restaurants, a tasty gelato shop, and coffee shop just across the street! And the property is only a few minutes drive away from the town of Glen Ellen and a 15 minute drive to the heart of Sonoma.

What a beautiful and comfortable home!! We so enjoyed our time at Villa Ticino and only wished we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the amenities and surrounding area.Jaime is the perfect host, very quickly responding to questions and offering suggestions. We hope to return!

Fantastic location walkable to multiple tasting rooms, wineries, and restaurants. Beautiful home that is very well stocked. Fun amenities, comfortable beds and strong WiFi signal. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.
