About this villa rental
Located directly on the Sonoma creek with 20+ wineries minutes away along with tons of restaurants. The home has a large rear deck facing the creek, guests can sit on the patio or in the hot tub and enjoy the view. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the creek, deer or wild turkey just a few feet away....truly a nature's paradise.
3 bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area, sleeps 8 people. The additional sleeping area is 150 sq ft room with a queen bed, and a door for complete privacy.
LIVING ROOM
Living room has an open concept which connects to the kitchen and dining room along with a fireplace which is a great place for lrg groups.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware from baking sheets to pots and pans. We even have kid friendly dishware. Kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. We have a Keurig coffee station with complimentary coffee for guests.
BEDROOMS
We have 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room. The Master room is gigantic with high ceilings, king bed, private bathroom, separate vanity station, walk-in closet, and a view of the creek with it's own entrance to the deck. The 2nd room also has high ceilings with lrg closet, queen bed, and faces the pool view. The 3rd room is very private, meaning it does not share any walls with the other bedrooms and features a queen bed. Finally, we have an additional sleeping area which features a queen bed with a view of the deck.
OUTDOOR AREAS
We have a LARGE GRASS YARD adjacent to the property that is maintained year long which is great for the kids or to have a picnic with a view of the creek in the background. FYI, friendly deer tend to visit the yard.
The property also has a PRIVATE POOL in case you decide to take a dive. There is a locked gate to the pool area to keep the kids safe. On the rear deck, there is a HOT TUB and an outdoor bar area that overlooks the creek. Next to the creek we have a hammock that makes a great place to read your favorite book or just catch some r&r.

We stayed here with our family including 6 adults, 2 kids, and 1 dog. The property is located at the end of a long driveway, which gives it a private and peaceful feel. Unfortunately, the weather was not great during our stay, so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces as much as we would have liked. The front yard is very welcoming and clearly designed to be enjoyed, and I can easily imagine this being a fantastic place to stay in warmer weather.Inside, the home is comfortable and well suited for a larger group. A few areas could benefit from some minor repairs or extra cleaning, but we recognize that this is a dog friendly property, which can make upkeep more challenging. The house worked well for both kids and dogs, which we appreciated.The hot tub was a highlight. It was clean, well maintained, and very relaxing. Kal was very responsive and kind in his communication and took note of the feedback we shared during our stay. Overall, this is a great option for families looking for a comfortable, dog friendly place to relax, especially when the weather cooperates.

Beautiful setting and great location. We had a group of college friends meet here. Plenty of comfortable space to relax and chill. The host was very responsive and helpful. There are parts of the house that need a little updating.

Everything was picture perfect. Love layout. Bedrooms were so comfortable. Kitchen was awesome and everything we needed. The teenagers love the pool and all the seating areas. The pool was outstanding so refreshing. The creek at the bottom was perfect for when the dogs got hot and wanted to all off. The red deer, wild turkey and other beautiful animals right at our beach. It was 100% go back to this location. I think it’s fabulous for anybody but especially friends and family. Just looking for somewhere to get together cook together, swim together and have a beautiful scenery

Pros: The grounds were spacious and the creek was relaxing. The location was great to get around in Sonoma and Kal was very communicative. Overall, we thought the house was clean and had plenty of towels. We also enjoyed the dart board and found the beds to be comfortable aside from the middle room which seemed to have a broken bed frame (we didn’t use this room).Cons: The house and amenities really need a lot more attention and care. The house and property has so much potential, but it seems more of a random assortment for rental property purposes only. Many windows and sliding doors do not have screens which didn’t allow us to enjoy the fresh air while avoiding attracting bugs. The ones that do have screens have tears and holes in them. The dishwasher did not work while we were there, and there were very minimal kitchen basics (e.g. tin foil, cling wrap, Tupperware etc). The kitchen cabinets were falling apart and one had tape to keep it together. The pool needed to be cleaned by our group and the chairs on the deck were in rough shape. The ping pong table would have been fun but there were no balls. One item of note is that property is located near natural hot springs, which makes the house’s water give off a strong sulfur smell in case folks are sensitive to that.Overall, the price was great given the bedrooms, location, spacious grounds, and being pet friendly. If the owner/property manager invested in giving the property much more TLC, I’d be open to returning.
