In this renovated building, this large studio has a living space with library and television, coffee table, a real 2-seater bed, a desk for your PC, an equipped kitchen, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave. A bathroom with shower and toilet, a towel radiator, underfloor heating, two large dressing rooms.
The +: neat decoration, our original artist's paintings, mini HIFI system, Bluetooth player, DVD player, large television, umbrellas...
New building, bicycle garage, accessible, WIFI, video surveillance, intercom and digicode, free laundry.
Possibility of cleaning in addition by appointment: 25 € / hour TTC
At the end of the rental, cleaning and washing clothes are part of the 45 € package

Attention: we are on the first floor, Some people have fears about security, or about noise, and privacy, but I assure you that we have thought of all these points...
