The location was very good to be able to walk to the main street in Lake Placid. Parking was easy. The unit was very comfortable and met our needs. Housekeeping staff was very helpful. On the negative side, I didn't receive my check in information as described. I called the 3 numbers provided in the lobby, for assistance, left a message at 2, the third one's mailbox was full. I also texted the number that had sent me a message in the morning to tell me to look for the check in information between 3:30 and 4:00. I never did receive a message or call back. The housekeeping staff ultimately was able to get us our code and unit, and an hour past check in time we were finally able to settle in. Check in was 4 pm, we got in at 5 pm. It was frustrating.
