Joustava kirjautuminen, hyvä sijainti, pysäköinti, varustelu. Tehokas lämmitys. Ravintolat lähellä. Vuokran hoitaja ja kiinteistöpalvelut reagoivat viesteihin nopeasti. Hyvät näkymät ikkunoista. Asunto oli hyvässä kunnossa, wc oli hiljattain remontoitu.
Ei hissiä, 2. kerros. Ei suksivarastoa. Wifi oli mutta meille se ei toiminut. Parveke on hyvin kapea. Lämpimän suihkuveden lämpötilan vaihtelut. WC:n liukuovessa olisi ehkä jotain parannettavaa.
