Cozy Summer House by the Beach

Alles perfekt vielen Dank

Der Ort Polychronos entsprach nicht ganz unserem Ruhebedürfnis. Dafür kann aber der Gastgeber nichts die tolle Unterkunft hat aber das wieder gut gemacht.

The apartment is perfectly equipped, you will find all you need for your stay (fridge, washing machine, cook, oven, kitchen range, microwave cook, TV, electric mosquito repellents, all kinds of dishes, everything to cook, 2 kinds of coffee makers + frappe maker)....even needles :-). Small but new and clean bathroom, A/C in all rooms, comfortamble terrace. This place is just couple of steps from the beach, that is quiet and not too full. Couple of steps from the promenada with restaurants, grocery store or bakery just couple of minutes by walk. Parking close to this accomodation, it is busy place, but you can always find some parking lot in the side streetseven in high season. Great host, if we come back, we will definitely stay here. The beach is with clear water, low waves, perfect for kids. Very quiet place suitable for families.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Summer House by the Beach in Polychrono. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location is perfect: just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. Our host was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We loved every moment and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Nice and spacious apartment with great potential, but poorly kept. Close to the beach, less than one minute of walking. Nice terrace

Persistent moisture and mold odor throughout the apartment, predominantly in the bathroom. This constitutes a serious health and habitability concern that renders the accommodation unsuitable for families with children. Boiler requiring manual operation before and after each use to access hot water, making basic hygiene impossible without constant intervention during a two week stay. Air conditioning unit requiring manual operation every 24-36 hours to prevent condensation from leaking onto the terrace. This manual operation consists of emptying a 20 liter water container serving as the condenser collector, an undisclosed requirement. The drainage outlet is located approximately 5 meters away, and carrying 20 kilograms of water repeatedly proved extremely difficult and impractical for family members. Deteriorated fixtures at terrace doors difficult for children to operate Stained towels provided. Doors not closing properly. Furniture and mattress protections visibly soiled. Cleaning services excluded without disclosure, with owner demanding 70 EUR for this service. The property presented as 10/10 failed to meet the habitability standards for the price asked. I requested a fair 10 percent discount from the owner. The owner responded by threatening legal action against me for attempting to provide honest feedback.
