    I have stayed at Bloom a few times and I love the hotel primarily because of its bright and cheerful theme colours and how spic and span they keep their rooms, free of clutter and the rught furniture too. The staff is very good and Vinod in particular was professional and helpful at all times. The security guard was also very polite and helped me during check in and check out. Thank you! The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. It was so ordinary and lacked the personality or quality of the rest of the hotel. On both days, the white coconut chutney they served was cold and almost frozen. Only the seasoning (tadka) was freshly done. It lacked taste due to this. I asked the staff why it was cold and they explained that it was made with coconut and they refrigerate it so it doesn't get spoiled. The second day, Manish who manages the restaurant asked me for feedback and I shared the same. He took my feedback very well that no hotel of this standard serves cold chutney. He assured me that he will ensure tey serve fresh food from now. It was evident that they had just done the seasoning on chutney that was prepared a day earlier and stored. I could tell that even the sambhar was diluted and it wasn't freshly made that morning. Manish came back to me saying he requested the kitchen staff to make fresh chutney and I could tatste it. I thanked him for his gesture and although I was done with breakfast and didn't get to taste it, I was happy that feedback and subsequent action was taken, at least for the guests that came in later.
