Located right across the street from the beach, this luxury home features ocean views from the large, covered balcony and roof top deck. Cruise around the island on the golf cart or any of the 6 new bikes. The huge kitchen and open living area have plenty of room to entertain your whole family. The primary bedroom has a sprawling ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and large shower. The high ceilings and arched doorways really enhance the elegant feel of the home. Other features include an elevator, 2 car garage, wet bar, den, complimentary beach gear, and an outdoor covered area on the ground floor with a ping pong table.

This home is in a perfect location for literally everything. Steps from the beach, the lighthouse and shops, a short bike ride from the grocery store and more shops. We loved the deck/patio and spent a lot of time there reading and enjoying the birds.
It’s well equipped. Came with beach chairs, bikes, a golf cart, all the appliances you’d need. The beds are ridiculously comfortable, too!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautifully maintained condo on St. Simons Island. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or enjoy some quiet time. It was spotless, well furnished, and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The private elevator was a huge bonus, making it much easier to bring in luggage and groceries.
The location is hard to beat. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the rooftop deck - perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The beach is a short walk away, and having access to the golf cart and bikes made exploring the island fun and convenient. Restaurants, shops, and the lighthouse are all close by, so we hardly needed the car.
We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful and roomy place with everything you need on St. Simons Island. We’re already planning our next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Pelican Perch. The condo is absolutely beautiful, huge, and very nicely decorated. It had everything you could need if you’re interested in cooking. The patio has an ocean view and comfortable furniture. It’s a close walk to the beach. We loved using the golf cart to take into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
