The house has 3 bedrooms:
One bedroom on the first floor with a king-size bed
A full bathroom on the first floor.
The upper floor features two bedrooms, accessed via a magnificent staircase
Two bedrooms with spectacular views, each with a king-size bed
And a standard-sized bathroom upstairs.
Relax in this peaceful and elegant space.
Enjoy a cocktail or morning coffee on the patio.
Spend the afternoon relaxing in the shade of the trees.
Caccamo is a 10-minute drive away if you’re in the mood to dive into the local nightlife; you’ll also find shops and supermarkets where you can discover local specialties.
Visit the beautiful nearby beaches.
The patio area is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, a pleasant lunch, or a glass of wine in the evening while admiring the stunning views of the sea and mountains.
Come and enjoy the spacious living area as well, with its breathtaking views, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind, as well as a dining area.
We offer all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped open kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave, a wine cellar, and, of course, Wi-Fi. Villa Boheme is in a great quiet location with great views. Extensive garden with multiple terraces. Uneven terrain is less suitable to small children. House is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Good kitchen with great selection of herbs, locally produced olive oil, coffee, tea sugar etc. In spring beautiful flowers and many colours. Bedrooms comfortable with large beds. We had a great holiday with our 2 young adult children. Many hikes in the vicinity but we also visited Agrigento, Cefalu and Palermo. Car needed but then only 10 minutes to bakery and shops in Caccamo. Do not use shortest route to the coast, road is very narrow, but follow directions provided by host. We really enjoyed the (optional) sicilian diner on the porch prepared by host Bruno who is a very good cook. We would love to come again.

Our stay at Villa Boheme was enchanting. Bruno and Giovani, our hosts were superb, meeting us at the villa at our arrival, arranging a taxi driver to help us get around the area and checking in to see how our stay was going. Bruno is also a world class French chef, and we hired him to cook us a family meal our last night, which was of Michelin Star quality. He is a genius with food and we were so happy to have had this dining experience in this special home. The setting is idyllic, tranquil and filled with birdsong and beautiful vistas of the mountains and valleys of Caccamo and the magnificent coastline with its dramatic islands and rock formations. The villa too was fantastic. Lots of sitting spaces both indoors and out for our family. We had a fully stocked modern kitchen with a modern gas stove. The outdoor spaces were both spacious with couches and armchairs, comfortable, with a napping daybed on the front veranda, and a long outdoor table for family meals in the shade. Many trees and plants. All the beds were clean and comfortable and updated modern bathrooms. I highly recommend Villa Boheme for a magical stay and I would not hesitate to return.
