    The property offers excellent location and decent facilities, making it a good value for the price. However, cleanliness could be better, and the service from staff was disappointing, which affected the overall experience. With some improvements in these areas, it could be a much more enjoyable stay.

    The property impressed with its spotless cleanliness and attentive staff, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. Its central location between MOA and Makati is an added convenience, while the facilities are good it is more of a boutique motel. Overall, it offered solid value for money despite minor shortcomings in amenities.
