About this house rental
15 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, the gîte de LA CARTE POSTALE will allow you to recharge your batteries!
House in the center of a charming little village.
Upstairs:
- 1st large bedroom with 1 bed 160*200
- 2nd large bedroom with double bed and double bunk bed (sleeps 4)!! NOT ACCESSIBLE IF THE RESERVATION IS FOR 2 PEOPLE!!
- 1 mezzanine
- Bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, hair and body soap, washbasin, hairdryer, bath towels, sheets (beds made on arrival) and dish towels are provided.
- Baby equipment: Bath, travel cot, foot function, playpen available.PGJyPg
On the first floor:
- Living room with sofa, TV/NETFLIX, books, board games.
- Fully equipped open kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, microphone
wave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, table, chairs.
- WC.
Enclosed outdoor with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
Passenger access:
- Free parking in front of the house across the street.
- A coded key box. The code is given by text message after confirmation of your
arrival.
On your departure:
Scramble the code of the key box after putting it back inside.
Accommodation:
Our cottage has been renovated to new. You will appreciate the comfort and rest to have an excellent stay.
The cottage is located in the heart of the village with some shops, butcher, bakery, grocery store,
tobacconist, newsagent, pharmacy, health home, winegrowers, restaurant.
Various local producers of Loire Valley wine and goat's cheese in the surrounding area.
Our cottage is ideal for a relaxing holiday with visits to the Loire castles, the zoo of
Beauval and the many wine estates and goat cheese dairies.
The power of the accommodation does not allow you to charge cars, however, terminals are
available 100m in front of the town hall or in the zoo parking lot.
An outbuilding is available to store bicycles, if needed.

Cleaning is included. We ask you to take out the garbage and empty the dishwasher
dishes and refrigerator.
We ask guests not to go upstairs with shoes.
We do not accept pets.
No smoking inside, smoke detectors installed in the living room and on the landing.
