Enjoy your vacation in style and comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher; sets of pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses are included in the house. Master suite with one king-size bed. Second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Third and fourth bedroom with two twin size beds. Flat screen high definition TV in all bedrooms. Optional charged pool heat. Full laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $50/day. Must be informed 48 hours before the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently.
POOL HEATING FYI:
* The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
* It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its maximum set-up heating temperature.
* The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools.
* On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll, and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
* No washcloths provided.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in weather near freezing temperatures.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
