    Dear Agoda Support Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent booking experience through Agoda. The property details shown on your platform were completely misleading. The listing clearly mentioned facilities such as a bathtub and certain room amenities, but upon arrival, none of these were available. The actual room and services were very different from what was advertised on Agoda. This caused inconvenience and ruined the overall experience. What is more disappointing is that this is the second time I have faced a similar issue with Agoda. As a customer, I expect accurate information and transparency while making bookings through your platform. I request Agoda to: Investigate this property listing immediately. Take action against misleading information displayed on the platform. Provide a suitable resolution/compensation for the inconvenience caused. I trusted Agoda for a comfortable stay experience, but repeated incidents like this seriously affect customer confidence. Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution.     Stay is good , location is good but no network at all,plus if possible please add latch system from inside instead of just digital lock as the passkey is known by caretakers too, we went on a weekday hence no other booking was there
