Within walking distance of the lake, Sa Pa Mart, and the Night Market.
I really enjoyed walking to the lake daily for a beautiful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the views before choosing among dozens of eateries and coffee shops.

The property offers excellent value and is situated in a highly walkable area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the stay. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable inside the room. Facilities are decent but could use some improvements overall. Appreciate the good breakfast as well.
I would recommend the fans to be cleaned more regularly and add some hooks in the shower for clothes.
