    The Hotel is situated in a Excellant Location and very near to Metro and City Centre. The Amenities are also Good. The stay is also confortable

    Location & cleanliness of the hotel is good. Though the staff should be more friendly and a bit short on facilities like providing clean hand towels.

    I had a disappointing experience during my extended stay. The hotel did not provide a **complimentary water bottle** for the extended stay, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the **room was not properly cleaned**, despite continuing the stay. For the price being charged, basic housekeeping and essential amenities should be provided consistently throughout the stay. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.
