    We checked in around 5:30 AM, and to our surprise, the elevator access was grilled shut. We had to repeatedly call out loudly for the hotel staff, as the reception desk is directly opposite the lift area, yet the staff members were asleep. This created a very uncomfortable first impression after a tiring journey. We had booked a room worth ₹2675, and since the standard check-in time is 12 PM, we were charged an additional ₹1000 for early check-in. We had no issue with paying the extra amount, especially since this was our second stay at the property. However, the overall experience this time was disappointing. After entering the room, exhausted from travel, I looked for basic refreshments like a cup of tea, but there was no support available. When I tried to contact room service, the staff appeared unavailable/asleep, which did not reflect the standards expected from a hotel charging premium rates. It felt like the staff were either untrained or not adequately managed during early morning hours. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of hospitality or even a simple welcome gesture. We were left waiting near the lift, drained from travelling, without any assistance. Even by 8:15 AM, the staff still seemed unprepared, and we were informed that breakfast would only be available from 8:30 AM. We were left hungry and waiting, which added to the frustration. I am sharing this feedback genuinely in the hope that the management improves staff responsiveness, professionalism, and guest handling, especially during early morning check-ins. A better-trained and more attentive team would significantly improve the guest experience.
