    Good -Great location, staff are great (shout out to Chris). There is a massage place onsite, pretty good. Has an elevator. Bad - every room has ants, how much is luck if the draw. AC is a bit hit and miss depending on the room. Agoda says hot tub and sauna this is false. Breakfast is local focused.

    The staff do the best they can with what they've got and are to be congratulated for it. The premises are however, somewhat tired and basic. there is definitely better value to be had within 100 metres.

    This hotel is right in the heart of Vietnam. Many restaurants and other places are walkable. Staff was very good and excellent. Special thanks to Nick and Ivy ( sorry Ivy if I am writing the spelling wrong) who works at reception. They were very prompt, professional and really helpful. I could have given one more additional star (6th star) if Nick could have smiled. 😊😊😊.
