    We stayed there for 3 nights. Service is extremely pathetic. It took almost 45 minutes for staff to get water bottle when requested over phone. Food is good but service at the restaurant is also very bad. Seems like no one cares.

    We stayed here for couple of days while attending a conference.. Very neat , clean and new rooms.. Nice and vibrant reception.. Rooms are small but ok for people visiting for work or business purpose.. Breakfast menu limited but good. Quick check in and check out.. Location is a plus it being very near to jio center and BKC. We’ll surely visit again.

    As the hotel was completely sold out, therefore we waited for our dinner for upto 2 hours and the hotel people were not at all apologetic too. Rest things were ok
