    I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Las Palmas Hotel. Air Conditioning Issues: Throughout our stay, the air conditioner repeatedly blew hot air (as if the heater was running) from roughly 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. We reported this issue multiple times through the Agoda chat portal, left voicemails on the hotel’s landline, and spoke directly to staff. Poor Communication & Customer Service: When brought up, the receptionist informed us that they do not check landline voicemails and claimed that messages sent through third-party platforms like Agoda "don't matter" to them. The staff member was hostile, condescending, and raised his voice at us in front of other guests rather than addressing the problem professionally. Security Deposit Handling: Despite complying with all checkout rules and vacating the room properly, staff refused to perform a joint walkthrough/inspection and insisted on withholding the security deposit without valid justification. I strongly advise future guests to document everything with video and keep copies of all app communications if staying here.
