We stayed here for one night as a group of 10. We arrived early and asked if we could check-in early and if not at least use the pool until we could. We were checked in early as our rooms were ready. The hotel is very clean, very well presented and the grounds are lovely. Well maintained. For such a small hotel, they have two pools (one dedicated to their Bungalow rooms), a hot jacuzzi, gym, bar\restaurant, and games room. I stayed in a well presented Bungalow. The room was small but ideal for a single traveller or couple. Nice little kitchenette but was missing a coffee machine in the room. Coffee is available from the reception area but an in room machine should be offered. Chilled water and ice were available from the pool area. The bar\restaurant was small but ideal for this size of hotel. It did close at 4pm, which we thought was odd, but perhaps the timings are adjusted depending on the number of guests staying. The food offering was good value, although a limited menu. There were little to no gluten free options, and the hotel should address this. All the staff we interacted with were very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. As a group, we all said we'd be more than happy staying here longer and should we find ourselves in Palm Springs again this hotel would be high on the list of potential accommodation.
