Everything was smooth and staff very friendly. The property is very clean and comfortable

I would request that you put some bedside tables, even cheap ones, just somewhere to put phones etc. Also please remember kitchen towels, washing soap for dishes and toilet paper.

Apartment itself is super modern and very much gives a home away from home feeling. It is a great place to just sit and relax, the sofas and beds are comfy, the TV is modern and fantastic. The AC in every room was brilliant (although it wasn't that hot to be fair) Kitchen is equipped with everything you should need. I like the toilet being separate to the shower. Location was good with it being on the road in to Moshi, you can just about see the top Kilimanjaro from the court yard when its clear.

WiFi was the worst we had during our 2 week trip around Tanzania, the speed when working is fine but it was very temperamental. Position of the shower means the entire floor floods whilst using it and so anyone wanting to use the sink after will have to walk through a pile of water. Caretaker Mary made us feel unwelcome - I do not mind the language barrier (no English at all) as speaking through translators is fine but there were a few things which just were not nice for us: - We were chased for money on the first day. We arrived late the night before and were asked when we would pay on the first morning (you have to pay all in cash which i was not sure of until this time) i explained if its cash we would need to visit an ATM in the afternoon. Mary then knocked on at roughly 3:30pm asking if we had the money - i didn't appreciate this, we aren't there to stay for free and it felt like she didn't trust us. - When i paid, Mary counted every single note infront of me to be sure it was all there and only said it was ok once confirmed each note was there. Once again making us feel untrusted. - Mary seems to be entering the apartment each time we went out. There are master switches for the hot water and aircon units, these would often be off when we came back (we didnt leave the physical air con units running whilst out) even it had just been a couple of hours (annoying when you were planning to have a shower when getting back). This made us feel uncomfortable as it should be our space during the stay but this is clearly not the case. - Upon check out, I handed Mary the key and she instantly ran over to the apartment without saying anything and checked every room (you could see each light go on). It was as if she was checking if we had stolen or damaged anything. She did not want us to leave until she had checked despite us having a taxi waiting.
