Welcoming and relaxing on arrival. Open (mesh) windows amongst the cool treetops was a refreshing change from a/c. Meals OK. Staff attentive and host Chris an interesting in touch owner/manager.
A couple of power issues, but not surprising when out right next to a national park. Tip. Come to the hotel from the South, not North unless you're spending the day in the park.

Excellent customer service, great location, great facilities, beautiful views. I would definitely stay there again but would prefer a better, more comfortable room.
The roads to get there - dusty and bad conditions . Room amenities limited, limited toilet paper, no hot water but fixed straight away when i made them aware, toilet leaking water on the floor around the bottom of the bowl.
